Yeah. I do miss the old site, had some good times. This place, and Palcomix? nice substitute, but it doesn't have that feeling that WWOEC had for me. but I'll manage.

Having said that, I still and will continue to miss WWOEC. Cheesy as this may sound, that place had been part of my life for as long as my son has been alive. Hell, longer now that I think about it.

One tradition I'd love to see make a return are the annual holiday writer's jams. Those were always fun, even if we didn't always finish them. Hopefully these places will one day gain enough momentum for that.
If we get some interest around the time of All Hallows Eve, I'm more than game for it.

And yeah, WWOEC is still missed. I remember coming there and almost immediately getting inspired by their writer's section, so I dove in. The friends I've made there I still keep in contact with to this day, and the convos/arguments waged there I'll never forget. It wasn't just a forum for sharing porn, it was a hangout for all of us. A second home, as cheesy as that sounds.

And it'll always have a home in our hearts.

I'm with you on that, Jayrich. That isn't cheesy at all. I feel the same way. Glad to know you're still around.

Yes, it was very much the place where many of us were able to "do it all" and explore if we could do what others did -- my time in WWOEC Forum matched my peak output time in great measure feeding off of the exposure to so many other talents and taking advantage of not being restricted on account of content or subject matter. I always continue to appreciate having been involved in it.

It is good to have places like this to be able to check out those still creating and to pop in now and then when the spirit moves me to create something myself.

I just found out about WWOEC's closure just minutes ago, despite how my tenure ended; I had some great times there, met some good friends there too. Had a fuckin' blast!

I know I'm abit late to the party (I don't post on here as much as I did on WWOEC due to lack of a pic area for showing off commissions and such I get) but wow it feels like its been gone abit longer than a year..... Its a shame remembering its closing also reminds me we lost some good artists like P.Chronos and others (did muttonfed come around? I coulda sworn he did, I stil lhave the She Hulk and Demona pics he did and I love that art style of his) who I hope will eventually find their way here

He/She/It should have set up their own site. Honestly woulda been a money maker there.
