The Forum, rebuilt from scratch
The old forum has been retired and this one is built directly into the site. The big difference: no separate account and no second login. It uses the TJA profile you already have — same username, same avatar, same display name. If you're reading this, you're already signed up.
Discussion is organised into areas and sub-areas — Community, Artwork and Site — so conversations stay easy to find instead of piling into one long list. Posts support proper formatting: bold, italics, quotes, spoiler tags, links and images, the same system our Library writers already use.
Nothing from before has been lost. The previous forum is preserved as a read-only archive, so all the old threads are still there to browse and old links still work.
Polls — ask your followers what to make next
Artists can now run polls, and they're genuinely flexible. Set up to ten options and choose how it runs:
- Let people pick one option, or several
- Open it to your followers only, or any logged-in member
- Show results immediately, after someone votes, or only once the poll closes
- Let voters change their mind, or lock answers in
- Add a closing date, or close it yourself whenever you want
Your poll shows up on your profile, at the top of your gallery, and on the new Polls page — and your followers get a notification the moment it opens. Artists can see who voted for what, and voters are told that clearly before they vote.
