Three more forum updates went live today, all of them from requests posted in Site Support.

Choose your colours — there's a Display toolbar at the top of every forum page now, with five colour schemes: Soft Dark, Sepia, Slate, Paper and Night. Paper is a proper light theme. If your device is already set to light mode, the forum will start on Paper by itself.

Text size — same toolbar. Step it up or down until it's comfortable; it applies as you click, with no page reload.

Both settings are remembered in your browser and only change what you see — they don't affect anyone else's view of the forum. The new themes were checked for readable contrast throughout, including for red-green colour blindness.

Mark all read — clears every New label in one go, so you don't have to open threads you aren't interested in just to make them go away. Inside a single area it clears only that area, so you can catch up on one section and leave the rest flagged for later.

Attaching images — if you tried to attach an image recently and were told you couldn't, that's fixed. Attachments unlock once you've posted anywhere on the site or your account is a few days old, which is how it was meant to work all along.
