Is there a Preview before Posting option?

I was just about to create a new thread but didn't want to post until I knew how it'd look. (I even went to see if I could preview it as a reply in an existing thread :) ) I know some BBcode is supported but I can't find the list here, so I'd really rather not have to create it then edit my post several times to get it right.

If that's not possible then just a link to which BBcodes are supported would be great. Thanks.

Ask and you shall receive , though sadly it glitched the forum database when we did it, so some of the replies to threads were lost like in our original support post (sad) BUT you now have BB code, and rich text and a preview.
