Once the war had ended and peace had returned to Fodlan, the arts were considered a bigger priority for the unified continent to focus on. Entertainment drowned out the misery of war time, and the uncertainty of peaceful times. Even Faerghus' nobles were unlikely to have ever been to an opera, so it was all the more important to make a good impression.

King Dimitri had recently contacted his former classmate and war ally, Dorothea, for the purpose of creating an opera story that might reinvigorate some of the spirit that was crushed during the war. Dorothea obliged, she had only ever acted in plays so she relished the chance to create her own for once. She worked the plot out in a single night, and merely awaited Dimitri's approval of the first draft of the script, despite his insistence that she was free to write whatever she wishes.

Dimitri met with Dorothea to go over the script, because he was certain there were some kinds of mistakes, perhaps some form of tampering in the script, or perhaps a misunderstanding brought about by cultural differences.
"What part seems strange to you?" Dorothea asked. "I stayed pretty true to real life."

"Hm... it says right here at the start... Goddess, I can't read this outloud." It was quite the detailed description of a young Dimitri having sex with Ingrid. The writing included entire paragraph's worth of descriptions of Ingrid's naked body. It went into an equally large amount of detail describing Dimitri pulling her hair, slapping her ass, and thrusting in and out of her pussy while they were down on their knees in the cold Faerghus weather.

"From what i know about your youth, that seems to be pretty accurate, Ingrid talks about your sexual prowess in those days a lot, you really awakened something in her."

Dimitri stayed silent, he was just about dying with embarrassment. He covered his hand with his mouth and pointed to the next scene that irked him. A depiction of Edelgard's year-long stay in Fhirdiad, showing each and every sex act that the two of them participated in during said time. Edelgard sucked Dimitri's cock, Dimitri ate out Edelgard, Dimitri fingerered Edelgard, Edelgard fingered Dimitri, Edelgard held Dimitri's cock while he melted the snow with his piss, Dimitri lifted Edelgard with ease and bounced her up and down on his cock, it was a lot to take in. Even beyond being inappropriate, there was some concern that the audience would want to see this.

"What? You and Edie? There's no way we can leave that part out of the story! It's integral to your motivations as a character, without it the audience would be seriously lost once the two of you meet in the monastery.

Dimitri didn't even have the strength to argue, he just went to the next scene. It took place after the Tragedy of Duscur, one of the most integral scenes in the play. Dorothea thought to spice things up by lightening the mood after this heartbreaking scene. She inserted an event that might not have been fully true, or true at all, all that mattered was that it was hot. Dimitri recovered from this event poorly, but he did find an outlet for his negative feelings in the form of Catherine. After wrongfully assuning that Dimitri was a girl, Catherine, Captain of the Knights of Seiros, found himself mating pressed by the young prince.

6 years had passed, the academy setting was an equally big part of the plot, it being where Dorothea and Dimitri met had nothing to do with how Dorothea depicted it, which was simply the accurate way that things had gone down. Dorothea's favorite scene was obviously the one where she and Dimitri met in the bath, her *accidentally* walking in while he while has bathing.

"I don't know whar this word means." Dimitri pointed to the script.

"It's-" Dorothea sighed. "It means penis, obviously we can use a more artsy word when we actually perform this, but, personally, i get a lot more into it when it's more like the words we'd actually use, myself atleast." Dorothea went on a bit of a tangent. "I understand why opera's always try and mske things more dramatic, but personally i've always prefered tragedies and historical plays, they're more human and i think that makes for better storytelling."

Dimitri was starting to come around. He wasn't one for fiction, but he knew that Dorothea was, and she seemed as passionate about this as she was horny so he felt he should give her a chance.

"It's strange to think that the only reason i'm here is because of your big dick, but i suppose that is the fickle nature of life." Dorothea turned to the next page to keep the mood from getting awkward.

In the academy, Dimitri met his wife, Marianne, one of the few women that understood how he felt. The legitimate romance seemed to be one of the few scenes that had a sense of innocence to them, even if they were followed up by a scene of Dimitri fucking Marianne's mouth.

"This was the only time of my life i was ever able to spend time with both you and Edie, if i knew that those days would end so quickly i would have spent a lot more with her." Dorothea's words were surprisingly dreary, she was only a little cheered up by reminiscing about walking in on Dimitri buttfucking Edelgard. He always wanted to try it when they were younger, but she forbid it, claiming it would hurt too much. By the time she was planning a war she had already been through far too much to care about Dimitri being rough with her. He felt himself getting hard as he read the pages detailing him choking her, him stepping on her, him slapping her with his cock. He didn't know that Dorothea witnessed all that.

Once Edelgard had ignited the war effort, Dimitri knew his days with her were at an end, barely even being able to sleep with her once while they were at the same school for a year. When he realized she was the Flame Emperor it simply made him even hornier, now he was allowed to go as hard with her as he wanted, provided he caught her.

5 years after and he had not so much as layed a hand on her, the siege of Enbarr was what was going to change all that, he was finally going to have her for good. He gave Edelgard a last chance to surrender with the Parley, but all she did was reaffirm her belief in the righteousness of her action while licking the sweat off of his asshole. Dimitri was confused as to how Dorothea even knew about all this, he hadn't told anyone, and Byleth and Hubert were the only other people there, Hubert being dead and Byleth being extremely unlikely to gossip.

"I'm still a bit conflicted on how to end this, obviously Edie has to, you know, be dealt with, but all things considered this has been a relatively upbeat opera, up to this point, and i think having the ending that we were actually subjected to might be a little too tonally dissonant. The final battle is something everybody yearns to see, but the nature of it is just so, so tragic, and this is a heroic opera that i don't think should necessarily end in tragedy." Dorothea's expression turned sour as she remembered what the final battle looked like. "I'm thinking we could let individual opera houses put their own spin on the ending, like many do with religion or folklore, do things the way they see fit. The adrestian theaters might have a somewhat negative view of you, though."

"I suppose that's the best course of action, to not force any particular point of view upon people, let them decide for themselves how they feel about what happened on that day, some of them might have even seen us, marching through Enbarr with the intention of killing their leader, the thought is certainly burned into their minds. If they happen to resent me for it, i'd rather they make that known than be forced to keep it inside them for the rest of their lives."

"We'll have to develop this a lot more from here, but the first draft is officially done." Dorothea was elated to hear that all her weird creepy sex stuff had gone over well with Dimitri. She even leaned in to give him a goodbye kiss, but Dimitri just hugged her, her attempts to seduce him going over his head. Dorothea kissed the back of his neck before departing again, returning to the only opera house in Faerghus that had remained untouched by the war, looking at the nation she had helped take part in defending, she was now tasked with telling the history of Fodlan, and the way she saw it might have been a little sweeter than it actually was.
