Quelling spamnation!

I've moved it to admin authorization for new accounts, which means the admins will all likely receive e-mail's when ever a new account signs up, which means you can go to "Management" at the bottom left of the admin screen and look up the user to see if their a bot or spammer or not, and chose weather or not to activate the account..

Guys and Gals , please let me know if your getting the new account emails too or if it's all just up to me now..

i am getting emails yes. will it send it to all of us even if someone else already activated it? i right now have 20 new account emails, so if there was any more than that i did not receive them. all but one went to junk mail but i added the address to my list so they should all come to my inbox from now on

Yes it'll send it to all off us, worst case, if you've already deleted it, or already activated it... it's not gonna hurt anything...

VBulletin would change this as it would have an updated user list of who needed to be activated... SO all in time
