TJA Chat room?

Ok, simple question , simple poll


Do you think there's a point to a TJA Chatroom, it'd use the same database as the forum so you wouldn't have to register again, but you would have to log on to it with your forum id OR through the forum...

Couldn't you simply use the same chat as Pal comix? That way you'd be more likely to have a lively chat room.

i would have to say Pal comix is different then Jab archives... quite different.

and, i dont know how many users would be using the chatroom, but im guessn if you had the people from Pal, talking with the people from Jab, thered be a whole lot of confussion... not just because both places host entirely different artsits and styles, but also because of the amount of people... too many people trying to say something at once is chaos.

As of right now, I see no need for it being that we have so few active members at any one part of the day.
If this forum were to get more members, it will one day be necessary.
But it truely couldnt hurt.
I'd say go for it so you wouldnt have to worry about it in the future, infact, I'd like to see it be implemented, having a live chat with a few of these wonderful artists is intruiging and could prove interesting.

Personally, I think a chat room for this place would be awesome... I'd love to talk with some of the people here in a more real-time setting. Yeah, there aren't too many active members at one time, but who knows maybe with a chat there'll be more activity? A long shot, but eh... Who knows...?

i think the speading out of when members are online also has to do with the diversity of where we all are coming from i also voted yes to the idea, because as you guys know i do not mind gabbing with you all :P

Chat = good in my opinion. I like talking with people who share common interests, getting art critiques, etc.

the only downside I've ever seen with chat is that it seems easier for members to get in spats... but we're all adults here, right?
