It very well could be seeing as the anime's "second Season" of Kalos is called Pokemon XYZ.

The moment Zygarde's alternate Forms were revealed and that the next season of the anime was gonna focus on him and be called “Pokémon XYZ”, I said that Pokémon Z would be the next game coming out.

There will be a Pokémon Direct announcement on Friday.

I think it will be the official announcement of Pokémon Z with a release date.

Since this was a big thread back on WWOEC, I thought it'd be great to bring it here, a thread discussing all things Pokémon, be it the games, the cards, the anime, or anything else.

And starting off this thread big, what are your thoughts on the newly revealed (Still mostly unknown) Pokémon known as Magearna? Do you think it's a new Generation VI Mythical Pokémon (Since it'll be in the next movie with Volcanion) or is a sneak preview of things to come (Generation VII)?
