    Wallpaper/theme help

    So I'm no tech guy, I was wondering if anyone knows how to make themes for Windows 10 or PS3 care to help me make a Sailor Pluto theme? I can provide pix for the icons and such. If not any advice would be appreciated

      I don't own a PSP so I dunno, I just wanna nice sexy hentai Sailor Pluto(maybe with Kaguya, and/or Fluffette if I cant find enough pix for icons for just Pluto alone) theme for my PS3. I had someone make a theme for me like 3-4 years ago which I still have but I wanna new one as I'm kinda sick of staring at the same pirate babe over and over lol and seems the people that make PS3 themes don't make good sexy dynamic themes anymoe.
