hehe, hmm, i think you misunderstand his meaning of 'eye for detail' Ro. he is saying she (Alch) has an eye for details when drawing

Oh noes! I'm commenting in your thread! Apologies in advance! D:

First the nagging and the mean: Off hand from what I've seen, I'd recommend giving your characters legs. The only two full-body shots are both crouch-legged and every other piece seems to cut off just above the knees. While by itself it isnt a big deal, it can easily fall into a "Lol. Its porn! Who looks at legs? All the good parts are drawn!" stereotype. And nothing worse than getting pegged down as a stereotype. Especially if you are doing mature work.

Another thing I'd suggest is trying your hand at some environment. You obviously have a good knack for details, and I think your art would look more impressive if you went that extra nudge and added scenery and placed your characters in somthing more than the white abyss of imagination. Like before, not that its a bad thing individually..and god knows I'm terribly guilty myself at being the lord and mistress of the copout background.

Now the nice: You have a very good eye for details. Between the spots, the jewelry, and the little things...you know how to add onto a character without making it look like a garbledy mess. Your linework is clean and you have a diversity in your characters that sets them apart. (Basically it doesnt look like the same girl over and over but with a pallette swap) And despite my poking about the legs, your characters do show a variety of poses and are not just "generic standing arms to side".

Not sure if you intend to break into colour or not. Considering your method of linework, your art would probably transfer over to colour quite nice and easily. But that is your call above all things. Either way, you do have a nice artstyle to you and I thank you for taking the time to share your talent with us.

                  Take care and fuzzy thoughts.

no legs mean, no feet =D

as for colour, Ive thought about it but I will waittill I get a Tablet and stop using ball point pens.
