Draw more than just a hand next time and maybe then il voice my opinion on whether you suck or not.

whether other people want to say your good or bad on such small evidence is up to them, but i think it would be lying to you to say your good or bad with such a small amount to work with.

The anatomical structure of the hand seems to be okay (I just defined it, as a cartoon hand, so it's okay, if it only has 3 Fingers and a thumb, which is hidden behind the 3 other fingers).
The pose of your hand is okay too, since there are no "broken" fingers, who are bending around in a wrong angle.

Just a few Hints
1) Don't put a "Made by xxx" Text in a 113x54 Pixel Box. It's a little disturbing there.
2) Try to find access to another Tool. MS Paint isn't the best piece of Software for an upcoming artist. You'll find a free one at http://www.gimp.org/
3) Like Spydermonkey said: Draw a little bit more and a little bit bigger.

So overall i would say that the picture is okay, because a hand isn't the easiest thing to start with and it's hard (for me) to draw in MS Paint.

yea ill try something different but you see my brother changed my permissions on me pc so i can't install anything

Thank you so much for the hints .................True MS Paint is hard to use and it does suck at some point but like i said ^ i can't install anyprograms were my brother changed my permissions GRRR makes me so mad

i think that, youre not bad or good making draws, if you like your draws is enought to determinate if youre good or bad, when i finish a draw i say" this is good and i like it" and thats enought man, good luck

Thanks flashdcancer but i need to pratice a lot more on drawing
