So I just got done playing Fragile Dreams on the Wii and I thought I’d put down some of my thoughts on it.
Over all, I thought this RPG was very beautiful in sight, sound and story, but to sit and call it game isn’t how I’d properly describe it. It focus’s more on thoughts and feelings than any thing else I’ve played. The combat is quite light and gaining levels and becoming more powerful is totally not the main focus. No, I’d call this more of an interactive story with game elements, and that’s fine by me.
So the other day I decided to do an over all check of games that I won and yet to play. Not including games that I’m currently playing mind you. Only games that I’ve purchased, tried for a second, and then got pulled away from or distracted by another game.  The is is as follows…
Metal Gear Solid 2
Metal Gear Solid 3
Katamari Damacy
God of War
Ico
A Boy and his Blob
Zelda: Twilight Princess
Super Paper Mario
Super Swing Golf
Fragile Dreams
Monster Hunter 3
Muramasa: The Demon Blade
Fighting Fantasy: The Warlock of Firetop Mountain
I’m slowly working my way though them currently. What sucks though is that I’ll pick up more games to add to the pile as they get released. For instance, I picked up MadWorld for Wii about a month ago because it was on sale cheap and just the other day beat it.
It was awesome and one of the best titles I’ve got for my Wii. I highly recommend it.
Last night I decided to put in Fragile Dreams and I’ve super loving that game too. If you don’t have it in your Wii collection and you like exploring type RPGs then I suggest you pick it up.
I was able to get it with the sound track for the game too when I bought it. Fantastic!
With the new Pokemon Silver and Gold games out there in gamers hands and new versions being released in September (in Japan anyway) it due time for a new Pokemon animated movie! This one is being called Pocket Monsters: Genei no Hasha Zoroark and will have the voice work of one Natsuki Kato. She’s done voice work in the past and is an avid gamer and cosplayer too.
So what does this have to do with anything on my site? Well, on top of this being a game related post, Natsuki Kato is sporting quite the camel toe… and that in my books, is worth posting. Oh, and even though she looks a little young, she’s actually 24. If Pokemon movies where more like this, I’d totally be more interested.
With King of Fighters XIII sticking to it’s 2D roots doesn’t mean you need to as well. New comer (to XII anyway) Mai Shiranui will come out in all her 3D glory this Dec as a 1/5 model. Pretty sweet eh? I’m sure lots out there will be in line to snatch her up but I won’t be one of them. I think my wife would shoot me if I spent Â¥24,800 (US$272) on this figure. Heck, for that price she better do more then just stand there. More pics and a KoF XIII trailer after the break.
Looks like we’re getting closer and closer to fully interacting with virtual in game characters and what better way to do this then by looking up girls skirts. Developer Teatime is currently in the midst of a title called Delusion Virtual Character Trouble (sort of a mouthful really) where the player’s hand is tracked via the video cam on your computer. From the clip it looks like you’re able to take to look up skirts, take off blouses, and try and get a nice grope of some polygon boobies. No force feed back though so you’ll just have to imagine it… or go buy an oppai ball as a game accessory. ^_^
