Random on a chair
Now is it any surprise that I picked Random to be the first on the chair? You all should have seen that coming. But, I bet you never would have predicted this. Because I loved the suggestions that you all gave on the original Chair post, I decided to make a little project for myself. I’m going to draw every character you people gave on this chair. I thought about it a lot when the original post went up and the more I did,the more I liked the challenge. Drawing a each character a different way might be a great way to explore character personalities with a single, shared prop.
The drawings will be just as you see them. Simple lines and colours so they can be done quickly. Plus I like the look. The character list can grow and that’s fine. There is no deadline and if I get bored with it then I’ll stop. But for now I really love the concept. In fact I have two others done right now, but I’ll wait a bit to post them rather than barf them out all at once.
So thanks every one for these great ideas. I’m very excited to do more of them.

Are there boobhats in our future? Ping and Pong are just too irresistable,I find. They’re so cute. And I can dig this style,Joe. If you weren’t so busy,I’d reccomend you do a webcomic in th8is style.

Woot! Moo Moo Cow girl! i wonder what colour she’ll be? For some reason I imagine she’d be some kind of pink strawberry cow for some reason.

Moo Moo is actually one of the characters that I have done. But you’ll have to wait a bit to see what colours she’s going to be. I’m so mean.
I keep checking my email and no reply. I wonder if I’ve blocked you some how. Which is strange because we did that trade a while back and everything was okay then. Strange… o_O

LOL I’m thinking maybe it was hotmail itself that did it. My account was blocked a few months back because it was sending out a spam virus, but I got it back so maybe it was blacked somehow. I have no idea! XD Anyway, thanks!

If you’re still taking suggestions for your chair project, I’d like to request a sketch of Mrs. Jewls from the animated “Wayside” series sitting in the chair wearing nothing but her neckerchief.

I had a hunch that Random would be first, but I have been known to be wrong. Really glad I am right this time, cause this is amazing!
I agree with TheRiddled, this would make for a great comic art style. You know, if you ever get time for such a venture.

Just in case, my mother was not suggested, the chair merely reminded me of her. However, if I my make a suggestion, at this point, I would suggest either a coy/shy Gadget (nude), or a clothed and classy Sabrina being teased by ZigZag.
On a sort of related note. I won’t be suggesting Random for pics again. Don’t get me wrong, she is an awesome character, but she is ‘Random Squirrel Girl,’ and suggesting her seems to negate the ‘randomness.’ Im always pleased to be surprised by her, and look forward to seeing more of her (I really do want to see a ‘messy’ Random, but think it would be much more in line wih the character if it were completely unexpected.), but I think it disrespectful to her very idea to suggest her ( not knocking others for doing so. I have in the past).

Gadget would be funny because I would draw her is proper proportion to the chair. ^_^ I do see what you mean with Random becoming less random as I seem to be drawing her more. It would be better for her to pop up unexpectedly doing unexpected things and take everyone by surprise more. But I do like her so tent to want to draw her more and more. Others seem to like her too as she tends to get suggested quite often. Which makes me very happy indeed. Maybe I’ll change her name to “not quite as random as she used to be squirrel. ^_^
