I’m big on retro things right now (well okay, most of the time really). So when the supporters voted on Betty Cooper for last months character, I was super jazzed. Betty and Veronica were some of my first steps in to smutty drawings oh so many years ago. Back in the days before I was old enough to buy porn. Before the days when you could share this stuff on a thing called The Internet. Dang I’m old.

This is super cute. I am pretty much totally ignorant of the Archie comics characters (weren’t they on bubblegum wrappers at some point?), but you’ve convinced me that Betty’s worth my time. I usually prefer darker hair, but blondes can be fun from time-to-time.
Also, she reminds me of Cherry Poptart, which is never a bad thing (in my book)

I love Cherry Poptart! I would have loved to own some of her comics when I was younger. Her design runs parallel with Archie and his crew.
