Jersey Devil

I think I should post this up before it’s too far past Halloween. October saw me taking on an original character of mine from a long time ago. I was commissioned to draw a demon girl, but I was given free rein to draw what I wanted, as long as it was anthro. So I decided to do a take on the Jersey Devil. I simply loved the final result, but never drew her again. After all this time, I felt it was right to draw her once more and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jersey is one of favorite designs and so I hope that everyone likes her too.

Kneesocks the Demon Sister

Another show I’ve heard of but not seen. Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. This character is one of the demon sisters from the show and her name is Kneesocks. One thing for sure, my knowledge of shows and characters sure is growing. ^_^

Erotic Art History РAchille Dev̩ria

So lets start off the first day of February with our first look back at erotic artists.  From the large list I’ve accumulated I decided to pick Achille Devéria.  He was a French artist from back in the early 19th century (1800 – 1857) who’s art consisted mostly of lithographs and water colour paintings.  During his life, Achille’s would gain success through his illustrations and lithographs, having them printed up in romantic novels, note books and albums.  It’s also mentioned that he would paint portraits of other famous writers and artists.  Writers like Victor Hugo, Sir Walter Scott and Alexandre Dumas where all painted in his Paris studio.

2 4 1 commission progress – pt 1

So remember that two for one commission call out I did a while back?  Well, I’ve finally got a moment to start it up.  I also got back in touch with the commissioner (who wishes to remain unnamed) and they said it was totally cool to post the progress of the commission.  This way everyone can have a first hand look as to how a commission works when you get one from me.  Now, the first commission was to be a demon type girl.  I’m totally free to make up the species, look and so forth… which is very cool in my books.  So the first thing I do is provide the commissioner with a bunch of rough poses to pick from.  You can see them above.  Once they get back to me I’ll start doing up a larger rough.  Would you like to see which one they picked?  Click to find out.
