if i had the money i would probably be spening well over 3 thousand dollars to get what i want, all the portfolios, membership to wwoec, bunch of other portfolios, a trip to some other cons......a hazardous environment suit, courtesy of nightmare studios, and Oh more portfolios.

nightmare studios is making an HEV now? last i seen they were still working on the MJOLNIR suit (i am such a dork ) and i know what you are talking about, there is such a large list of folios/prints i want to get, and i eventually will get around to them, but sometimes they become unavailable before i have the funds

a wwoec membership is 5 bucks though, dude. and its not recurring (unless too many people hand it out again and they have to change it again ) so it is one heck of an offer

well ya but you can still ask them to make you any kind of suit. so an hev from half life would be me my choice

hey not to sound like an idiot but, when exactly does anthrocon begin?

it seems to me that it wil be most likely during the end of july, but on what day? ive been to the anthrocon site, ive read the policies, directions, etc. but i cannot find an exact date. if you could enlighten me i would be much obliged.

ALRIGHT NEVERMIND, my blind eyes fooled me again, it says july 7- 10 right at the top....when i first saw it i thought it said june. and i first went to the site june 8th, plus the fact it said 26 days away fooled me further.
but all is well now.

Anthrocon has only ever been in Philedelphia, except it's moving to Pittsburg next year. California has it's own Fur Cons, but they're probably not as big or profitable.... or are just plain harder for some ppl to get to and afford. I heard California is also expensive but what do I know, I'm not even American.

Anthrocon itself , use to be the Albany Fur Convention out of New York, when Kagi took it over to try to keep it form dieing, it was moved to his home state in PA, The somewhat annoying part is their plan to move it 3 times in the next 3 years starting with this years forced move. Heck next year it's a MONTH earlier LOL... Anyway, more information can be found at http://www.anthrocon.org
