Since Timmantha is really Timmy I wouldn't go with Timmantha being a Lesbian but if Timmantha starts making out with a Guy I would go with Bi but ypu gotta think is it because Timmy is in a Girls body that she feels for a Guy or is it because Timmy is a Bi

Timmantha is still clearly into girls, but they didn't seem interested in guys if their answer to Trixie about Casey is anything to go by. It depends if Timmy/Timmantha sees themselves as a boy or as a girl

I love the way that Trixie is greyed out in the last panel, showing how cold her attitude is while "complimenting" Casey. Being absolutely jealous of how happy and warm Timmantha is acting towards him and thinking that she's interested in him.
